What to expect during your visit:
Welcome to AllergyCare4U, the clinic of Dr. Offengenden. Your time is very important to us, so please read over this information to help us make your visit go as smoothly as possible.
Pricing:
- Initial Consultation In-person or Video consultation
- Allergy Testing for food or environmental allergens
- Follow up, in-person or video, within 6 months of the initial visit (not including testing)
- Spirometry

Your First Visit:
Many patients will need skin testing during their visit.
Please, stop any medications containing antihistamines five (5) days prior to your visit.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the slot available to someone else.
At the end of your visit Dr. Offengenden will provide written instructions, prescriptions and working diagnosis of your problem. Please, make sure you provide Dr. Offengenden with a secure private email. The full consultation from your visit that you can share with your family doctor will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your visit.
