Allergic RhinitisEnvironmental Allergies/ Hay Fever

Many people throughout the world suffer from allergies.

Allergic rhinitis, environmental allergies or hay fever symptoms

include:

  • Itching of the nose, roof of the mouth, throat, and eyes

  • Sneezing

  • Stuffy nose (congestion)

  • Runny nose

  • Tearing eyes

Perennial (or year-round) allergies are often caused by common indoor triggers such as:

  • Dust mites

  • Mold

  • Pets (cats, dogs, etc).

People who suffer only during specific seasons have seasonal allergies that are triggered by pollen from trees, grasses, or weeds.
